Good question! Grassroots campaign strategies are about getting everyday people involved in your campaign. Maybe you’ve already got people willing to do the work, or maybe you need help to develop grassroots interest in the first place. Either way, I’m here to help.

This service supports you to plan and run issue-based or movement-building campaigns. I bring together strategic planning, facilitation, messaging and hands-on organising knowledge to support you from idea to action.

I have had the privilege of receiving the best organising training in the country through the ACTU’s Organising Works program, from which I graduated with a Cert IV in organising and industrial relations. This knowledge, paired with real experiences running campaigns for NFPs, Government and activist groups enables me to provide top quality, best practice strategy to meet any of your campaiging needs.

What Campaign Support can include

Every campaign is different, but these are some of the core elements I can support with to strengthen your organising and sharpen your strategy.

  • Develop a clear campaign goal, theory of change, stakeholder map and plan of action. Build clarity across your team about who you’re trying to reach and what success looks like.

  • Support to set up or improve grassroots structures like teams, delegate networks or volunteer pathways. Define roles and expectations so your team can grow sustainably.

  • Help with framing your issue, building compelling narratives and writing accessible campaign messaging. I can also support with comms strategy and story-based tactics.

  • Plan actions, outreach, trainings or online engagement. Whether it’s petitions, calls, community events or outreach, I’ll help you design tactics that build power.

  • I can design and deliver workshops for organisers, delegates or community leaders on strategy, power, inclusive practice and grassroots leadership.
